How Much Would It Cost to Replace Teeth with a Bridge?

My Question to the Dentist
How much would it cost to replace the four lower incisors with a bridge off the two lower canines?
I have an upper palate that the lower middle incisors hit when I bite. I have lost one of the incisors already and another is working loose. I have been informed that the bone is not strong enough for implants. Apparently the bone has receded and the wider incisors are not strong enough to support the bridge. Dentist’s Answer
Hi, thank you for your question. As a guide, you need to budget £500 per tooth depending on the type of bridge and material used, so a six unit conventional bonded porcelain bridge would cost around £3000. Hope this helps!, Amal.

Pain Management
It is also common for patients to have more than one pain, and so several areas covered may be relevant to an individual. Please note that there is a recurring theme in the treatment of pain that can be divided into the three broad categories:

  • Pharmacological (drugs e.g. paracetamol)
  • Physical (e.g. physiotherapy)
  • Psychological

The most important thing to remember is that each patient’s treatment is individualised as pain is a subjective sensation and what works for one person may not necessarily work for the next even though the diagnosis is the same.
